Action Plan Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Ryan Buchanan. He was born and raised in Washington County, TN. He has an Associate’s Degree in Drafting design and a Mechanical Drafting Certificate, both from Northeast State Community College. He has had a wide career including law enforcement. He is proud to service the Tri-Cities Region and surrounding areas! Hobbies include spending time outdoors, traveling, and sharing time with family. Married to his wife Jenny, they live in Gray with their loved pets.
